Pineda de Mar, a town administered by the local municipality is connected by RENFE rail and N - 11 road as well. This historic city has several buildings dating to 17th and 19th centuries. There are many arches dating to Roman Empire and the arches are built over the Pineda River. The city is centrally located between Calella and Santa Susanna beaches. With its entire splendor, Pineda de Mar is one of the most preferred tourist spots in Spain. There are many villas which offer the best accommodation at the most reasonable rent per week. This detached villa can accommodate 14 persons. VICI is located at a most convenient distance from the sea. It is located in zone which has destination traffic, yet, it is a quiet place for holidaying. VICI is so strategically located that the sea is just about 800 meters. For shopping and restaurants just walk for about 400 meters. It is near to all places of entertainment. You can park your car on the road.

You can enter the villa through the first floor.

As you come to the first floor, you are entering the villa through the living room and then you find a kitchen that is well equipped. Then there are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. As you move to the second floor, you find a repetition of the first floor; a living room, kitchen, dining room and 3 bed rooms with 1 bathroom. The living room and all the bed rooms have balconies so that you can have a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding natural beauty. As you enter the villa, you will notice how well it is maintained.

The sparking linen, flooring, carpets well cleaned and kitchen most hygienically maintained are ready to use. Central heating has been provided. The private swimming pool provides you enough exercise. There is Satellite TV, radio, etc. for entertainment. There is a fire place in the sitting room to relax you in the evening or night. There are enough facilities for recreational activities like swimming, sailing, skiing, surfing, kite skiing, tennis, mountaineering, squash, etc.

In addition to rental reservation fee of Euro 29, bed and linen charges of Euro 15 and baby bed charges of Euro 25 per week are charged. Refundable deposit of Euro 200 is payable to the caterer when you check in. If you want to go round the Pineda de Mar, taxis are available which take you round the city. There are local buses called the ‘blue line links’ which take you to the neighborhood at most economic rates.
